I haven't said much on the forums outside my picks, but I think this dogmatic preaching of the 2 hour rule is getting a bit out of hand. I would first like to say that I did not sign up for a draft that has a 2 hour rule. In fact the initial email inviting us to the league says nothing of a 2 hour rule, and it seems a little out of the spirit of the any game to change the rules mid course (in fact it would be a bit like changing the categories in the middle of round 15 because there where no more closers).
My second point is that I have do not have a Monday through Friday 9-5 job. I work a retail job with no internet access, where this draft seems to like to have me pick about one hour into my shift. The fact that my first pick beyond 6 hours occurred this late in the draft is a bit of an achievement considering most of my picks were via iPhone during smoke breaks (which since I quit smoking this past week may explain why this pick was so late).
With this being said, I do not want there to be a 2 hour rule. I do however believe in democracy (a bit) and will conform to the will of the masses if that is what is chosen to happen. I do like the "pass me" thread, though I will not be putting my name on the list.
Thank you for reading my ramblings,

Re: The ANTI 2 Hour Rule Thread
Why are we changing the rules of the draft half way through? 6 hours is fine -- we have lot of time to finish this draft. There's no reason to move it up to 2 hours and it doesnt make sense for some people that do not have internet access all day long.
