5 games started or 10 games played. Or you can just look the player up on the Yahoo site to see eligibility going into this year.

Ugh. I was looking at Sportsline and Wigginton had 9 games at SS and 8 games at 2b. I assumed that would be sufficient but when I went to add him on yahoo he's only listed at 1b and 3b, effectively killing the value for that pick.

Oops.

Maybe I'll be interested in trading for him after Garrett Crapkins proves to be the giant vortex of suck that I know he's capable of being.

What do you guys think about a 25 man roster and a few more roster moves next year? This is getting kind of ridiculous.

Spreadsheet error.

26.15 Dan selected David Murphy texas of

26.16 Angels02 selected Gary Mathews Jr. Mets

They're reversed on the spreadsheet.

I agree with Heggos here (and I'm 98% he was not being sarcastic here :?: ). Absolutely think it's great drafting a league this deep and grabbing 28th round gems like, well for instance, Fernando Martinez :)

i just realized that 30 rounds in a 20 team league is equivalent to 50 rounds in a 12 team league. So we're like in the 47th round right now.

To put that into perspective, think about if we drafted our baseball obsession league, and then for the hell of it said "let's run that back and do it again"

awesomeness

No sarcasm at all (which is rare for me).

Seriously, this is the best prep ever for my other leagues. And an interesting challenge to basically try to account for your in-season waiver wire pickups at draft time.

I'm loving this deepness. It's making me look into FIPs and BABIPs of guys whom i'd never have to consider otherwise that will be awesome to have on my radar this summer.

I like this pace. Round 28 and we're still cookin'--12 picks today. Keep it up, gents!

I have to say, geeking out on this is pretty sweet. I'd enjoy it even more if I wasn't paying Brandon's entry fee and hadn't just burned a pick on Ty Wiggonfat but that was my own fault.

"Grandpa Wilson, tell us the story of how you picked Bryce Harper, the greatest baseball player of all time, in the 30th round!"

I know you're jealous.

Paulino's been in the mix for about my last four picks. Check out his K/9 and his K/BB for the second half of last season--definite breakout potential here. Well played for your final pick.
