2021 Draft Chat
Happy to see the draft running, and particularly thrilled that my guy landed at pick 8.
24 teams is no joke. No one is going to be fielding any all-star teams in WBO '21.

Re: 2021 Draft Chat
Hey, not a huge deal one way or the other- but do we have any idea on position eligibility? Yahoo default options? Asking as the shortened season and all...

Re: 2021 Draft Chat
Yahoo defaults. Someone suggested elsewhere that it's 10 games played at a position. 3 starts to gain SP, and 5 relief appearances to gain RP. That sounds right to me?

Yeah, I don't know. I did a google search and I guess ESPN is adjusting theirs to scale for the games played in 2020 but no one knew if Yahoo was adjusting or not. No matter. Just the uncertain price we pay for being such trailblazing badasses.Scrantonicity wrote: ↑Tue Dec 15, 2020 9:34 pm Yahoo defaults. LOL- I alerted Glen to this little disturbance. We've had these visitors on this site before. We'll get it cleaned up. In the meanwhile, please don't click on any of the links that they are posting in there.Polanco's huge head wrote: ↑Thu Dec 17, 2020 9:40 am It wouldn't be 2020 if we didn't have a Russian bot invasion.

Re: 2021 Draft Chat
I just checked how we are comparing to last year's draft timeline.
Last year, on the morning of the 7th day of the draft, we had completed pick 5.18.
This year, the same exact window of time, we had completed pick 6.18.
That's fantastic! We are a whole round ahead this year. I really like this pace we have- no super long waits, and everyone seems to be checking in.
Thanks to all, and hoping everyone's pandemic holiday plans are as safe and sound as can be!

Re: 2021 Draft Chat
I was travelling last year and had my first two picks skipped. We're cruising because (I'm guessing) everyone is home. Happy Holidaze aybody! Also, there's a guy out there I really like so nobody take him.Scrantonicity wrote: ↑Tue Dec 22, 2020 11:03 am I just checked how we are comparing to last year's draft timeline.

I just made my last two picks after drinking a bottle of champagne. I think I do better when I don't think too much.

I kind of screwed up the spreadsheet. Sorry about that. Does anyone know how time machine a google doc? I tried hitting undo but that was worse.
