FOR 12/31/21 eyeballs- we won't enforce any skipping rules until 4PM (at the earliest), but the draft may begin ASAP. Keep checking in for your picks- the first couple of rounds can move fast!

So being the new guy, how do we draft? Is it through here/yahoo/something else?

Another new guy question...what are the skipping rules?

The skipping rules are explained in the dedicated thread ("Draft Windows"), but bottomline, everyone has a set amount of time to get their picks in. If they don't get their pick in that stated time, then they are eligible to be skipped, and can be skipped by multiple teams (in order). First 10 rounds has 4 hour limits. The final key is that all "skips" can only happen for picks that would be eligible within the 7AM to 9PM daily window.
