Let's go with roto, as it currently has more supporters and the anti H2H peeps are more adamant than the pro H2H peeps.

We will have a 7am to 9pm draft window this year. If picks are selected after 9pm, the clock will start back up at 7am. Beginning in the 20th round, teams will have 3 hours to pick, and in the 24th round it will go down to 2 hours per pick.

 
We will gun for up to 20 teams. One of the fun things with this league is how deep it is, so lets gun for 15 teams minimum. If you have a friend who is interested and you think can hang with hardcore off-season draft action,let me know.

> Same positions as last year: 9 hitters (8 position + 1 Util) 9 Pitchers (5 SP, 4 RP) and 9 bench spots (27 roster spots). In addition, there will be 2 DL spots. Like last year, there will be a transaction limit of 20 pickups per team. 162 game max for hitters. 1250 innings max per team, 750 innings minimum.

WEEKLY TRANSACTIONS set by 11:59pm Sunday night. Rosters are set from Monday to Sunday.

This year, we will be using the website www.leaguesafe.com to collect, hold and distribute the league fees. Use of the website doesnt cost us a thing, and it ensures that we get all of the money from people on time, and that winners get paid THE DAY AFTER THE SEASON ENDS. Check out their site. They've got great reviews. Excellent idea.
Everyone in the league needs to pay through their site. The deadline to pay is March 1st. Entry fees that are paid after that time will be assessed a 10 dollar late fee by the site which will automatically go into the pool.

I'm in. However, starting on Jan 1st and only having 4 hours to draft...why the sudden change? Everything went great how it was last year.

Note: the draft date has been restored to the traditional dec 26 the start date. We still have some fantasy baseball action left for 2011!

We did 4 hours last year and it was a good pace, until the end, thus the reduced times towards the end of the draft

This is not true. Last year was 6 hours/pick the whole way. Feel free to look it up; there was a poll.

I'd like to keep it at 6 hours, not only because it's worked in the past, but because I'm on CET (9 hours ahead of PST).

Anyone else care to chime in?

Prefer 6 hours all the way.
