Vote for the number of transactions (FA pickups) that the Winter League will have.

I'm for not limiting transactions, but putting a limit on games played and innings pitched.

Games played is capped at 162 games. Innings cap is 1300.

The quicker we get everyone to vote on the transactions rule, the quicker we can get this draft started.

I'll change my vote to 20 since nobody seems down for 10.

If 4 more people vote for 20 transactions, we will have 10 (majority) and we can get this party started.

3 more for 20 gets it done. vote or die.

Should we perhaps put a deadline on this vote?

I suggest that we finalize the vote tomorrow at 6pm. Just like in real elections, we shouldnt wait around until every citizen has voted. We should get this thing going soon. Now that the Christmas craziness is over, I wanna have baseball to think about while my fiancee flips through bride magazine, websites, and constantly discusses vendors, centerpieces, etc. Give me my baseball!!!!

Perhaps after 6pm, SMAN or I can randomize the draft order and we can start this party????

That sounds like a great idea. If the rest of the league doesn't care enough to vote, then we'll just go forward with what the results show. YankeeManiac, we can discuss tomorrow whoever wants to perform the draft order. I agree, we need to get this started now that the Christmas craziness is over.

so far we have 9 votes for 20 transactions, 4 combined votes for 50 transactions, and 3 votes for unlimited ...which could be counted towards 50, since 50 is closer to inifinity than 20

so as it stands we have 9 guys in favor of 20, 7 in favor of 50, with 4 voices still to be heard....
