I just want to let it be known that 7 of the players on the Public Enemy #1 final roster last year were drafted in the first 35 picks of this draft, not to mention three more that were traded throughout the year.

Pretty happy with Reyes at pick 3.11 but I almost took Kipnis instead of Darvish with my second pick only to have him last 21 picks and get swooped one pick before my third pick. In this draft format you are literally waiting days to draft someone it sucks that much more when they get picked. Good pick Dan.

Thanks Freeze. Just so you know. I was set to pick Darvish in round 2 before you yanked him from me. And my round 1 toss up was between Carlos Gonzalez and Adam Jones. We think too much alike to be picking back to back.

Whoa, S-man! That is an insane 2009 roster you are compiling over there.

It has been over 24 hours since Mendoza was supposed to pick. Can someone make sure he is not dead? I'm less concerned about his well being and more worried about his next pick starting to creep up on us.

Dan, I must ask we're you also considering AGON with that last pick? I noticed you immediately took a first baseman after my pick. I was struggling between the two I decided to go with my heart.

I was considering AGon Freeze. But ultimately i had already decided on Hosmer. Probably similar stats. AGon probably hits a few more HR and RBI. Similar BA. Hosmer should steal 10-15 bags. That was the deciding factor for me. Plus he's only 23 so upside is possible. My heart picked AGon too though

Brandon- I never cashed the $30 check you sent me. I have it and I'll rip it up and consider it Ullrich's entry fee if he hasn't sent it yet.

Ullrich, you owe me 30 bucks or I can take it out of what I owe for football. Let me know if this makes sense to y'all. It struck me as simplest for everyone.

EDIT: If I understand the rules correctly, because 5.15 was made before 9pm PST (at 7:56pm), S-Man was passable at 7:56am this morning (allowing 6 hours each for his two picks).

For further clarification, S-Man's first pick window started at 7:56PM, and he was officially delinquint 6 hours from that point at 1:56AM. Our rules have the drafting "hours" from 7AM to 9PM, so as Buxton previously pointed out, S-Man isn't skip-able until his current window, which started at 7AM and would end at 1PM is up. Minor speed bump these pick are- I'm confident S-Man, and any others who have had a series of slow picks, will pick up the pace and check in from time to time.
